Although his educational Background comes from another field, yet his working experience has been majorly in the Banking Industry, before he has specialized himself to the Hospitality Industry. Some of his experiences are with Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia (3 years), Plantation and Supply to the Hotel Industry (6 years), Foreign Exchange Consultant (2 years) and Hospitality Equipment Supllies (4 years).

Arnold I. A. Pallo

Human Resource & Training

Graduated from the National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1992 majoring Food & Beverage, he worked in several International Chain Hotels and Operation from Rank & File to the Managerial Level, such as Grand Hyatt Bali, Shangri-La Hotel, Mulia Hotel, Dharmawangsa Hotel. In 2002, he moved from the operation to the Human Resource side at several reputed International Service Operations, to broaden his experience and explore his skills. His working background has been of great benefit in becoming a professional Human Resource Training Manager specialized in the Hospitality Industry.

Moh. Syahrul Mohideen

Food Production

Graduated from the National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1991 majoring Food Production, he started his career at a local Hotel Operation as Assistant Chef and has gained working experiences in divers Kitchen Operations in Indonesia and abroad, such as America, Swiss and Austria. In 1996 he moved from the Kitchen to the Managerial Level, where he has been working as Operational Manager for several reputed Franchise Operations, such as Café Wien, Café Mario and Kuta Seafood Restaurant. In 1999, he continued studies in Austria to increase his knowledge. Since 2001, he has moved to the Sales Side, yet still related to the F&B Industry. One of his acknowledged achievements are the teacher guiding books, which he translated from German into Indonesian and are still being used at all Vocational Schools throughout Indonesia.

Sandy Z. Soerianata

Food & Beverage Service

Graduated from the National Hotel Institute Bandung in 1992 majoring Food & Beverage. Upon graduation he worked at an American Cruise Line for 2 years, experiencing a high standard of Service Quality. In Indonesia he developed his career and knowledge in divers International Franchise Operations, such as Mc Donalds, Bistro Delifrance and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, where he has been incharge since the early stages of the development of the mentioned operation. This extensive knowledge in the Franchising Industry, has given him the knowledge and experience in developing divers concepts and standardization of Operational and administrative issues.
